Global Payer Omnichannel Strategy

Global-to-local strategic development and implementation support. Collaboration with The Stem networked consultancy.

Challenge:

To create a consistent, multichannel engagement approach for payer audiences across diverse markets.

Approach:

• Led the development of a payer multichannel strategy, designed an MCE campaign piloted in two major markets, and expanded implementation to additional countries.

• Supported global-to-local rollout through creation of a SharePoint implementation guide and supporting assets.

Impact:

Enabled scalable omnichannel execution across markets, improving payer engagement and internal alignment between global, regional, and local teams.

Ad Interim Marketing Manager, Nordics

Interim leadership and launch preparation across the Nordic region

Challenge:

Maintain strategic momentum and lead the marketing organization through product relaunch and launch preparation.

Approach:

• Headed the Nordic marketing team, relaunched a biologic treatment in psoriasis, and prepared for the global launch of another biologic in atopic dermatitis.

• Supported acceleration of digital transformation by adopting new marketing channels and embedding a cross-functional way of working across brands.

• Also acted as Brand Lead and local operational lead for cross-functional in-field teams in Denmark and Sweden.

Impact:

Ensured business continuity, improved collaboration across medical and commercial functions, and advanced omnichannel capability within the organization.

To define and embed a new Multichannel Engagement Manager function supporting brand teams.

• Developed role scope and implementation framework, supported integration of multichannel strategies into cross-functional brand plans, and managed the role ad-interim during recruitment.

• Provided hands-on support in developing deliverables and implementing a new CRM/marketing automation system.
