Who is responsible

What I collect and why

• When you contact me by email or LinkedIn, I receive your name, contact details and whatever you write. I use this only to reply and, if we work together, to manage our collaboration. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers record technical data such as IP addresses in log files to keep the site secure.

This website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. I do not sell your data or use it for marketing without asking.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed, and at the latest two years after our last contact. If we work together, invoices and related records are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires (currently seven years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy of it. Just email tina@rxpertstrategy.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
